Commodities
Availability follows harvest windows and supplier capacity. Specifications below are the ones buyers most often request — your RFQ can define its own.
Hibiscus sabdariffa
Dried calyces sourced from northern Nigeria, sorted for colour retention and low foreign matter. Common uses include beverages, teas and natural colourants.
Sesamum indicum
Whitish and brown sesame with typical 98/2 and 99/1 purity specifications, available hulled or natural depending on buyer requirement.
Zingiber officinale
Split dried and whole dried ginger from the Kaduna belt, known for high oleoresin content. Powder available on request.
Raw cashew nuts quoted against nut count and outturn, with kernels available through partner processors.
Theobroma cacao
Fermented and sun-dried cocoa beans from the south-west, graded on bean count, moisture and defect percentage.
Nigerian Robusta and limited Arabica lots, screened and graded, available green in export-ready packaging.

01 — RFQ
Line items, specifications, destination and timing recorded as a formal RFQ with a reference number.
02 — Quotation
Invited suppliers respond with priced, dated offers per line item. You shortlist and clarify in one thread.
03 — Contracting
Specification, Incoterm, tolerances, payment structure and inspection scope are agreed before goods move.
04 — Pre-shipment
Goods are aggregated, and inspection against the agreed specification can be coordinated based on the requirements of the transaction; any findings and photos are filed to the trade.
05 — Shipment
Container booking, port milestones, bill of lading and certificates tracked with dated events.
06 — Closeout
Arrival confirmation, payment milestones and any claim or dispute evidence recorded against the same file.
